Request for scanning slots
Imagers at the CBU will need to make a request for fMRI scanning slots to the ImagingManagementCommittee using this form:

Please see RequestForMegSlots for the equivalent MEG form.
Please send the completed form to LucilleMurby (or in her absence, MarionOrmandy).
The deadline is usually on the Tuesday morning before the meetings (which occur every other Wednesday- see the last minutes to find out when).
