Analysing data

On the practical side, there are several options for analysis of MEG data from our machine:

• NeuromagSoftware that comes with the machine (instructions on AccessingNeuromagSoftware at CBU)

• CommercialPackages (eg CURRY, BESA), for which we have some licences

• FreewarePackages, such as Fieldtrip, MNE, and SPM.

Whatever your analysis path is, you will most likely start by applying [:Maxfilter:Max Filter] on your raw data.
